The SESNSP crime data comes from the data the PGJ-CDMX reports to the Sistema Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional. The INEGI homicide data is based on death certificates issued by the health authority. The SSP-CDMX data is from a FOIA request to the Mexico City government.

The source of crime data is the PJG-CDMX. Cuadrante coordinates scraped from Ubica tu cuadrante. The population figures are based on the 2010 Census by Manzana.
